Custom-made or personalized products are produced according to customer-approved specifications, sizes, materials, stones, engravings, designs, or other requirements. Customers are responsible for reviewing and confirming all specifications before production begins. Once production has started, changes may not be possible or may incur additional charges.

Prices, deposits, additional production charges, shipping charges, taxes, customs duties, or other applicable costs may vary depending on the service or order. Payment terms, accepted methods, and due dates will be communicated before or during the transaction.

Production and delivery estimates are estimates unless specifically guaranteed in writing. Delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, suppliers, or circumstances outside our reasonable control may occur. We will communicate any material delays as soon as practicable.

We may use the WhatsApp Business Platform / Cloud API operated by Meta to respond to customer inquiries, provide customer support, share order and production updates, send transactional or service-related notifications, communicate with business partners, and send authorized business notifications. You may ask us to stop non-essential WhatsApp communications at any time.

Users must not use our services or communication channels for unlawful activity, fraud, harassment, abuse, spam, or attempts to interfere with our systems or services. We may suspend or terminate communications with users who violate these rules.

Website content, branding, text, graphics, product images, original jewelry designs, and other materials belonging to Volans Jewelry may be protected by intellectual property rights. Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially use protected materials without our prior written permission.

Our services may rely on third-party providers including Meta / WhatsApp, payment providers, hosting and cloud providers, and shipping and logistics companies. We are not responsible for outages, delays, or failures caused solely by third-party services outside our reasonable control.

Services and information are provided in good faith. Product appearance may vary slightly due to handmade production, natural materials, stone characteristics, photography, lighting, screen settings, or manufacturing tolerances where applicable.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Volans Jewelry will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the website, communications, or services. Nothing in these terms attempts to waive rights that cannot legally be waived.
