First Contact
Most clients find us through referrals or by encountering our work. In jewelry, a reliable atelier that keeps its word is rare — that's why we're chosen. In the first conversation, we define the need and build the right structure together.

Product Selection & Catalog
Selection is made from our catalog of 3,000+ products — through live samples or our AI-powered search system. The platform is accessed through a private panel opened after onboarding.

Dropship Model
Before any purchase, we can provide render visuals and price configuration. The client lists on their own site or marketplace — we produce and ship as orders come in.

Custom Design
Two paths: the client provides a brief and our design team executes — or we analyze existing market demand with AI and propose new collections. From technical drawing to production, every step is ours.

Production
Production happens in our Istanbul atelier, on time and to the agreed quality. 25 years of atelier experience, precious-stone expertise and assembly mastery. In jewelry, keeping your word is the hardest part — it's our core commitment.

Visual Production
Once the product is ready, we produce photography, renders, and plating visuals. E-commerce-ready product data — title, description, price — is delivered.

Price Configuration
Prices are kept current against gold parity. The client defines their own margin in the system — prices update automatically. Our pricing is built to encourage long-term partnership.

Shipping & Operations
We ship worldwide from our Istanbul warehouse — including the US and London. All operations are managed through our own software infrastructure.
