Volans Core

Volans Core is the internal, AI-assisted operating system we built to run all of our brands from one place. It connects each brand's own tools (online store, website analytics, search performance and social channels) through a single permissioned gateway, so that our team can see how every brand is doing, plan the next step and keep a clear record of what was done and why.

Volans Core is a private tool operated by Volans for the brands it owns and runs. It is not a public service, has no public sign-up, and does not collect data from the general public.

• Each brand's connections are separate. One brand cannot see another brand's data.
• Connections start as read-only. Any action that would publish content or spend money requires explicit approval from a person.
• Every request is recorded in an activity log.

When a brand owner connects a YouTube channel, Volans Core asks for two read-only permissions: viewing the channel's YouTube account information, and viewing its YouTube Analytics reports. It uses them only to let the channel's owner and authorized Volans staff review the channel's own performance, such as subscribers, views, watch time and recent videos. It cannot upload, edit, delete or comment. Volans Core does not store YouTube data: it is retrieved when an authorized person asks to see it, shown to that person, and not written to disk. Volans Core's AI-assisted departments are technically blocked from reading YouTube data, and YouTube data is never sent to an AI model. Details are in our Privacy Policy.

Volans Core's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Volans Core uses YouTube API Services.
